What was the highlight of JAZ Sharm Dreams
In summary, most of the items exceeded our expectations, except for the food. Would come back!
Loved the beach and the snorkeling exceeded our expectations! Huge variety of fish, very lively and meters away from the shore. Crystal clear waters and sandy beach. My 4 yr old was able to snorkel freely with us while feeling safe. The beach is safe and exclusive with many spaces available and is not overcrowded. They have an exciting aqua park called Cleo Park. It is a standalone aqua park with free access from inside the hotel. Although they were renovating it and some of the slides were closed, yet we had a blast with our son. I believe the whole place will work within weeks and will be amazing! Our son loved the kids club as well which was for free. The main pool was amazing. Huge and with numerous seating, with sprinkles and rain showers fun for the whole family. In addition, there were many other small pools scattered around the property, in case you are looking for privacy and quiet. They also have a variety of water sports at affordable prices and conveniently accessible from the hotel shore. The staff is one of the best things in the place. Exceptional starting with Mariam the receptionist giving us exactly the room we requested, close to the reception, and an invitation for dinner at the beach restaurant which had a lovely atmosphere and a live guitarist. And then the chefs and their wonderful smiles and keen interest to give us the best experience and provide us with anything we need. To Gamal, the security at the beach who delivered our lost mask to the reception and we were able to redeem it. And finally to Mohamed Ashraf the receptionist who took our feedback and having seen us disappointed of the food quality, didn't want us to leave the slightest bit unsatisfied, and extended our checkout for free till 3pm as a compensation, giving us an extra day at the beach! Thank you for your lovely gesture that really made a difference and put a smile on our faces :)
Some small inconveniences like the beach being in the other sister hotel across the street and the short but "hot" walk to get there. Having to carry our beach towels every day on our shoulders from and to the beach as there is no system of using beach towel cards on the beach. The "snack" which is part of the all inclusive is only 1 hour from 4 to 5. We were never able to catch it as we were always full by then, after having lunch. There are simple ideas like having a pizza oven working all day at the beach for example making tomato bread or margheritas..but available throughout the day. The biggest disappointment however was the food. Massive cost cutting in the quality and almost no variation in the items from day to day. It is worth noting that after we complained the last night ..there was some improvement in the lunch the next day.

Very Good
Just dont like to walk to the beach ( only 5 mins) . They dont have a wifi on the beach this year. Last year they had. They dont have enough glass to drink. Always u need to wait in the line to drink a glass of water too.
